1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using B-Magnet International algorithmic trading terminals and software systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.

2. Algorithmic Trading Software License

B-Magnet grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our proprietary Expert Advisor systems (including Gold Hunter Pro EA v1.21) and connect them via API bridge to your own brokerage accounts.

3. Non-Custodial Trading Risk Disclosure

Trading in financial markets, Foreign Exchange (FX), Spot Gold (XAUUSD), and Derivatives involves substantial risk of loss. Past algorithmic performance does not guarantee future results. B-Magnet provides quantitative execution software; you retain full control over your broker account and risk parameters at all times.

4. User Accounts & Google Authentication

Access to B-Magnet terminals is managed via Google OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
